Influenced by such artists as Dominik Fike, Still Woozy, Young the Giant, Mac Miller, and Andy Grammer, , Joe launched indie pop duo DOUBLECAMP with home-town friend Jordan Burmeister. With over 85 million streams, they have experienced notable success while remaining independent. DOUBLECAMP released their debut album, A Second To Myself, in 2023 followed by a headlining tour of 300-cap rooms across the US. They have shared the stage with artists like Quinn XCII, COIN, Del Water Gap, Fiji, Blue, Bryce Vine, Peach Tree Rascals, Almost Monday at festivals and on larger supporting tours. In 2025, the released the album Flowers for Every Occasion.  For this project, DOUBLECAMP toured 56 cities throughout 2025 and 2026 and released a deluxe version of the album that included stripped back recordings of a few of their favorites on the project.

Joe’s most recent adventure is a DOUBLECAMP collaboration with longtime and touring friend Alt Bloom.  A tour for this project will be announced in early 2027.

Joe also enjoys writing lyric and melody with artists for their projects.  Some of his collaborators include Ian Harrison, Blake Proehl, Rachel Grae, Unroyal, Jordan Anthony and more.
